Ardine Verhoog is a dedicated Organisational Psychologist who is highly regarded for her trustworthiness, knowledge, and warm approach. With a passion for empowering individuals and helping them reach their full potential, Ardine’s expertise in career coaching, assessment psychology, and training has made a significant impact on countless lives.

Born and raised in Medemblik, North-Holland, Ardine comes from a large and nurturing patchwork family with a strong work ethic instilled by her parents who were both teachers. After completing her studies in Organisational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, Ardine gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at an IT company before transitioning to the role of Assessment Psychologist at AVOP

Ardine’s journey took an exciting turn when she received the opportunity to live abroad. During her time in Hong Kong, Ardine co-founded AOP together with Saskia Gense with a focus on Leadership Development, offering career coaching, assessment psychology, and training services.

Driven by the belief that life is too short to be spent doing unfulfilling work, Ardine thrives by helping individuals who feel stuck or underutilized in their careers. Through her guidance, she helps clients gain insights into their preferences, strengths, and values, enabling them to make informed choices and regain control of their professional lives. Ardine’s approach is characterized by curiosity, respect, deep diving, creativity, customization, and action-oriented solutions.
