We believe that change happens when learning is connected to deep self-knowledge and when each participant can learn with a diverse group of sparring partners over a substantial period of time. That is why we have developed this 9 month transformative inhouse program to unleash the full potential of your company’s future leaders. A group consisting of around 15-20 participants gains invaluable insights, by not only excelling individually, but also thriving collectively. When we design and deliver the AOP Leadership Program we value our high quality content that is centred around highly engaging and fun, action learning.
Since 2013 we have developed generations of exceptional, internationally orientated leaders within specific companies yearly. We changed the program each year to stay up to date. The last few years we have invested in our own knowledge and truly revamped the content towards to the New Workspace.
The AOP leadership Development Program consists of
It all begins with a personalized one-on-one leadership development assessment; a sparring session between our experienced organizational psychologist and the leader. Through a series of insightful psychological tests, we delve deep into the leader’s existing skills and uncover untapped areas for growth. Our innovative AOP timeline interview technique reveals the leader’s personal drivers, values, and genuine motivations. We use a specialized roleplay actor in interactive roleplays to explore behaviour in different settings. As a trio we reflect on the experience. Our organizational psychologist then generates a personalized report that serves as the compass for their transformative leadership journey.
Over the span of nine months, participants engage in three immersive life training sessions, each lasting 2.5 days. These highly interactive and ‘action learning’ sessions address critical topics such as fostering a fearless feedback culture, mastering conflict management, building trust, creating a positive collaborative work environment, excelling in intercultural communication, harnessing the power of storytelling etc.
In the last 10 year we keep evolving the content to stay on top of the continuously evolving workplace. This year we focus on managing hybrid teams and fostering an innovative mindset.
During the nine months, we keep the participants engaged through frequent interactive online workshops. We choose topics that are relevant for the organisation and are timely for our group of participants. Last year we covered for instance ‘Cultivating a growth mindset’, ‘Facilitating hybrid collaboration’ and ‘Creating a learning organisation’.
Additionally, participants receive individual coaching sessions in between training sessions with the psychologist with whom they also collaborated in their assessment, to ensure personal and professional growth in the Leadership journey.
To encourage ongoing support and alignment, we facilitate three-way conferences involving the participant, the program facilitator, and their manager, fostering a cohesive and harmonious leadership approach.
